The first level offers a spacious living room, with ceiling fans, a flat screen TV and a small patio that overlooks Avenida 20 (20th Avenue). The kitchen is well equipped with everything a gourmet cook could want including a stainless full size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee pot, pot/pans, utensils and has seating for up to 6 people. Also available is an easily accessible cabinet that includes a washer/dryer.
On the first level is an office that can be converted to a bedroom with a sofa bed, and a large comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and its own private bathroom.
Up the staircase from the living room is the master bedroom and bathroom complete with a comfortable King size bed. As with the guest bedrooms, the master bedroom also has a large closet and fully stocked linen closet. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning. Steps from the master bedroom is the first level of the wrap around outdoor patio that offers different seating areas, and a large comfortable Jacuzzi, and up a galley ladder is the “piece du resistance” with a comfortable seating area, and views to the ocean.
This condo has never been rented before and has solely been used by the family for their vacations.
