Profit Projections

We have created an occupancy projection to guide us on prices and usability of units. The chart shows the costs and gains from running 1 of each property type (1) 1 Bedroom, (1) 2 Bedroom (1) 2 Bedroom Penthouse and (1) 3 Bedroom for a total of four properties on a yearly basis.

Since the complex has never been managed by an a company like us, we are only able to estimate. We have selected base prices that would be our minimum during the year and created this scenario to include all of the costs involved.

The average vacation property rental rents for 11-20 weeks a year. Our chart is based on 40% or 21 weeks and 60% or 31 weeks annually.

We do hope to have better results but will only be able to tell which properties are most beneficial until after we have been operational for a minimum of 6 months.

All rates are subject to change in the event of economic changes and have been calculated based on recent busy years in the Riviera Maya.
