Condo Supplies:

Complimentary Starter Supplies for the renter:  (4) Toilet paper, (4) Paper Towels, (1 box) Trash Bags and (1 box) Liners, (2 small bars) Hand Soap, (2 small bottles) Shampoo,  (2 small bottles) Conditioner.

Vacation Rentals

  • Rental Requests; keeping track with each individual owners calendar, so there are no cross or dual bookings (after speaking directly with BPR, each owner must send in each rental confirmation within 12 hrs of that confirmation)
  • Assisting & obtaining Transportation Services to & from the Cancun or Cozumel International Airports
  • Driving or Ado bus instructions from the airport to their rental destination for clients that will be renting their own transportation
  • Private drivers
  • Contact info sheets for clients to leave back home with family: in case of emergency
  • Cellular Telephone rentals
  • Welcome Packages, that include tips about town, Taxi Rates, Restaurant choices, Food delivery services, Chef Services, Food Stuffs, wine, and including 1st morning coffee and croissants (or bread & butter/Jam/Peanut butter) and orange juice
  • Tour packages
  • Laundry service
  • Pre & post rental occupancy inspection
  • Updated Inventory Check list
  • Personalized Check In/Out including a property tour & overview of appliance usage
  • Acquiring Security Deposit & delivery of receipt to renters
  • Supplying keys, and receipt of signed documentation from renters
  • Cleaning/Maid service
